Shipping Policy

At ZEDIOR, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across all major cities and areas in the UAE, including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Fujairah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Al Ain
  • And other UAE locations

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take longer, and we will inform you through WhatsApp or email.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within UAE:

🚚 2–5 business days (depending on location and courier service)

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Remote locations
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

We may also offer Free Shipping promotions from time to time. These offers will be clearly mentioned on the product page or checkout page.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is available, it will appear at checkout.

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct contact number
  • Availability to receive the parcel

If an order is refused without reason, future COD service may be restricted.


6. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp or email (if available).


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or the customer is unavailable:

  • Delivery may be delayed
  • Additional charges may apply

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.

We will provide a solution as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Delivery Delays

  • Courier company delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect customer information
